Dear Avi, I have had the honour of knowing and learning from you for so much of my life. Your ability to brighten up any room you walked into, entertain anyone of any age, be a caring, passionate and above all so so so loving was unparalleled. You instantly became my favorite person the first time I met you and you always made me think and self reflect with your thought provoking questions time and time again. You thought I was one of the coolest people you knew (nobody ever thought that again) and you proudly told everyone you were going to meet your “girlfriend” every time we were to meet. One of my favorite memories has to be that you took your fashion advice from Malvika and me and would never listen to anyone ever again. I will always remember you as the three year old who sat at the top of the stairs in our house and wouldn’t come down to eat dinner, instead asking all sorts of questions in the cutest way only you could.
