Poornima 28th May 2020

Dear Avi, you were the sweetest, kindest little boy that we had the good fortune to know. All of your parents' wonderful qualities were present in you. In your laughter, in your joie de vivre, in your unselfishness and gentleness towards all, you were all that is good and right in the world. Yes, we all wish that we could have had more years with you, that this cruel fate had never struck you down, but in those few years you made such an impact on our lives that we can never forget you. Wherever you are today, I hope you are laughing, running, playing cricket and eating loads of chocolate cake! Rest in peace, dear sweet boy, until we meet again. Dear Aditi and Manish, We have no words for your sorrow, but for these in a short poem by an anonymous poet ... May Time Soften Your Pain In times of darkness, love sees… In times of silence, love hears... In times of doubt, love hopes… In times of sorrow, love heals... And in all times, love remembers. May time soften the pain Until all that remains Is the warmth of the memories And the love. In sympathy, Mike, Poornima, Mahika & Prianka.
